My name is Benjamin C. Adams (he/him). I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. I am currently on the job market and expect to graduate in May of 2024. My research interests are in labor economics, education economics, and personnel economics. My research uses longitudinal data to examine the payoff to workers who return to school after time in the labor market. I also examine the determinants and consequences of receiving performance pay.
